That's is so true and diet for me is key to staying the size I am and getting to the size I want to be without gaining to much fat.
If I slack on what I eat I start to slack in the gym and that is just a bad path to get on.
No pics but last night I ate half a watermelon and it was so damn sweet and juicy!!!
For some reason when I eat a bunch a watermelon I feel and look leaner and less bloated or something. Not sure what happens but it happens. Lol
