Question Very excited to say I'm starting my juice feast tomorrow, but I have two questions

    1. Can I have black coffee or green tea on the fast for caffeine?
    2. I take Nicorette on and off because I quit smoking, should I cold turkey quit nicotine for the protocol and fast?(I was planning to do so)

    1. No, just stick to your juice. That’s it

    2. Quit cold turkey. That’s the best way to do it. First week or 2 might be tough, but then you’ll be fine. The fast will help you get those toxins out

I’ve been chewing nicotine pouches through my whole recovery. Obviously better without it but every once in a while to relax isn’t the worst IMO

Lol i used to chew nicotine gum as a crutch to help with residual motivation issues. But my ultra hard/alpha four cycle completely fixed that so don’t need it anymore

I was dipping the hard stuff until pfs. So I feel accomplished dropping it down to the nicotine pouches lol. I’ll worry about getting off those after this mess is way behind me.
