    ITT Creatine

    What are your thoughts on this supplement regarding testosterone and DHT?
    Have you used it? If so, what have been your results?

    It seems that Creatine doesn't really make you produce more testosterone per se but allows testosterone to be converted to it's more active form, DHT.
    Also, apparently Creatine aside of all the muscle booster properties it has, it's neuroprotective and helps with sleep.
    For the slow cost that it has I don't know why every guy in the world is not taking it.

    Forgot I have a huge bag of hcl creatine. Gunna start using again. Is it okay to go as high as 5 grams?

    I think CD used it sometimes during his recovery and still does to this day but doesn't consider it a staple. He recommends HCL version because it doesn't cause bloating apparently.

    Some people don't respond well to it though. Eg) @basementdweller I think it worsened his insomnia.
