It's ironic because I was thinking of using some sporadic Nizoral to deal with the DHT itch, but I guess that was a stupid idea right out of the gate.

    I'm gonna keep truckin' on, but this is God damn annoying.
    Does Nizoral have Saw Palmetto in it?

    No, but it has another component that clears DHT out of hair a bit and gets rid of the itch. Dunno if that's worth it.

    I thought it seemed weird for you to have such a big downswing out of nowhere..Glad to get closure on this. That's shitty luck though.

    I'd avoid Nizoral until you're recovered dude. Even then, I don't think it's a great idea.

    It has nothing to do with saving the hair. The itch on my scalp is freaking maddening, but I guess it's better than the alternative.

    So, I have a plan. I'm gonna clear my system with a 5-day juice feast after the holidays and then hop onto my next R-Andro cycle. Until then, it's cold showers, breathing exercises, weight lifting, and herbs.

    It just sucks. My downstairs bits haven't felt this bad in a while. I know it'll get better if I just do what I did before.

    A lot of chicken and veggies (mostly brussels sprouts and asperagus). Eggs. Protein powder and quest bars. White Rice for carb backloading, though I've been thinking of getting sorghum for that.

    I do go for sushi sometimes but stay away from soy sauce nowadays. I drank a little more when I was doing much better, but mostly a single drink.

    I also lift 3x a week minimum.

    Just wanted you all to know I've recovered from my crash. I'm feeling much better, which is quite the relief.
