    Dude you are a machine! Looking SICK man! Can't wait to see you get ripped with all the size you've attained.

    I feel you on the chest. I personally hated my shoulders and triceps... because they were always weak in comparison to my overall physique. That's why I chose to work them out after the weekend (which I rest through), and also have my refeeds on Mondays. I believe that they have grown a lot compared to 2012. Def gonna keep this set of routine until I feel that they have measured up to my chest and back completely

    This week is my first week that I'm trying to just lean out so it would be interesting to see how that goes.

    Yesterday I ate more than I planned but I also worked my ass off in the gym and my body was just telling me to eat so I did.
    Today cals will be dropped for sure because its not a heavy or taxing workout day.
    I'm only eating 2-3 cans tuna and CO for my first meal and post workout meal is 1.25# beef and .5# bacon every day this week.

    Got my lifting done then I threw this together real quick.

    Now this is a plate of FOOD!!


    I'll post this weeks workouts in a few but its just been a shit load of squats. Lol

    Squats, Squats and more Squats is all I've really done this week.
    Only other things have been reverse hypers, and OHP.
    Monday morning I did a a shit load of reps with 185
    Monday evening
    185x12
    225 5x8
    225 6x10
    275 6x5

    This morning
    225 2x8
    225 4x10

    OHP 5x15
    RH 5x15

    Food has been
    Tuna, CO, Beef, and Bacon.


    Tuesday Evening workout went like this and was worked as a circuit. Started with OHP and ended with squats was 1 set.
    OHP 100 5x15
    RH BW 5x15
    BB curls 65 5x20
    Hammer curls 25s 5x20 10 each arm
    Squats 225 5x10

    After that was finished you guessed it more...
    Squats
    275 5x5

    Pounded 60g hydro whey and 6g leucine

    AM workout
    Did this as a circuit and it was completed in 30 minutes or less.
    RH 6x15
    DL 225 6x10
    Squats 225 6x5

    PM workout will be more deads, pull-ups, rows, and probably some OHP.
