I feel you on the chest. I personally hated my shoulders and triceps... because they were always weak in comparison to my overall physique. That's why I chose to work them out after the weekend (which I rest through), and also have my refeeds on Mondays. I believe that they have grown a lot compared to 2012. Def gonna keep this set of routine until I feel that they have measured up to my chest and back completely
