Well it got awkward today.
Still LOVE the plate under the flat bench thing.
Flat dumbell bench:
80x15, 100x15, 100+10lb plates strapped to the dumbellx10, 100+25lb plates hanging from dumbellx3. Smashed my hand BAD on these since It was so hard to rig up.
Incline barbell
135x15, 185x10, 225x2 failed WTF. No clue what happened. 185x5, 135x10
Flat barbell
135x10, 225x5. Wasn't feeling right.
Cable flies
Flat bench dumbell dropset burnout. Went from 80's down to 5's. Holy burn.
20 minutes cardio.
Leg raises.
^ dumbells, 25lb plates, and velcro straps. Just hanging from the handles. Made for a strange angle and imbalanced weight, but I wanted to give it a shot.
Miserable lift today. Forced myself through it, but I was just out of breath and felt like shit. No more clen shakes or anything, maybe I need to take some time off it again?
Deads:
warmups as usual, 405x10, 455x5, 495x5, 565x0, 405x10. I'm losing strength rapidly here, it's kind of depressing. Maybe cut the deads for a week?
Pullups:
3x20 wide.
Underhand barbell rows
4x12 225lbs
Lat pulldowns
3x12, up the weight 2x8, up the weight 2x6.
Cable rows
full stack+25lb plate 3x12
Straight arm pulldowns
Rear delt flies
Neutral grip pullups
cardio
I still feel beat. Maybe it's just stress from other things?
Stress would Def affect your lifts. A lot of its mental. You should be running clen 2 weeks on 2 off, unless you have some ketotifen, then you can go maybe 3 weeks.

Shoulder day.
Had to make it fast. No cardio. In and out.
Looked pretty freaking huge today. Rocked a tank for the first time in ages. Wow, I really am a lot wider than everyone in there lol.
Overhead Dumbell presses:
60x8, 75x8, 95x8, 95x5
Overhead barbell
135x12, 135x8, 95x25 (huge burn here)
Lateral raises
a million sets/reps with the 30's
front raises
used the ez bar for these.
Rear delt flies
shrugs
that was it. My shoulders were beat from the intensity/lack of rest.
