Waterfast prep question

Is there any prep necessary for a waterfast? Something like enemas or taking laxatives to empty the guts and bowls. i would love to start one next week but i dont have the money to do it with a doc. I did multiple 24h fasts with only water and only juice. I personally liked the water fast more.

Did you read the site? The answer is no.

24 hour fasts are not going to cut it here.

Again, I see alot of new faces here and most of the veterans have moved on, so we're short on "staff"
