Sounds legit and super serious. Could Lion's Mane be a life-threatening 5-AR just like Saw Palmetto is?

@Cdsnuts Could really use your expertise here man given that Lion's Mane is on the TMO supplement list. What are your thoughts here based on what this YouTuber is reporting?

Quite a few people are mentioning Ashwaganda too as having post-SSRI inducing affects too. I've personally taken Ashwagandha and been fine, but again, given PFS sufferers have a track record of sensitivity to things, should both Lion's Mane and Ashwaganda be taken off the recommended list?

Also would love to hear @Maxout777 or @xxaleksi take on all this but seems they are not active here anymore which is a shame as PFS is still rampant as ever. I get they all have a life to live (including cd) and have already helped more than their fair share too. Still we could really use some positive voices of recovery in this community. Any place outside this forum for PFS support is still basically as hellish as ever.

Some valid questions there. The first response might be "well Ryan Russo uses a lot of other PEDs", but that doesn't explain this....
