    Update June 2023

    Its been 1.5 years since the nightmare began and I am pretty proud on what I have achieved.

    Positives -
    Orgasm quality is back to 100% i would say.
    Sensitivity is also at least 90%. its almost there

    Negatives-
    Slight perinieum pain at times -no penis pain though
    my biggest problem - Hard flaccid - Can get erections standing or seated and its upright but not 100% probs around 85%. The head is not completely filled.

    Now i haven't being doing one thing - the pump cause i was worried the pump may cause the hard flaccid.
    Did anyone recover with Hard flaccid recover?

    Guys, quick question. The protocol and the above is all good. Just a question, I just started getting dull left testical pain from last weekend. I did legs and it started after doing Romanian deadlifts with dumbbells. I had this symptom ages ago when I got hit with pfs but iam not sure if this is pfs related.

    Thoughts?

    Is it the testicle or is the pain in the pelvic floor just kinda behind the testicle? When doing the Romanian Deadlifts did you breathe and brace your core properly? Just wondering, not sure what your gym experience is. The core, pelvic floor and lower back are all connected and if you don't engage and brace properly on heavy lifts like deads you can put alot of pressure on the pelvic floor/lower back and spine. I didn't brace properly in the past which resulted in some ache in pelvic region as well as lower back issues. Just a guess though

    Thanks mate. Although my Pelvic pain has increased a bit as well (obviously no where close to when PFS started) . I suspect I pulled a pelvic muscle while doing RDL.
