    Thanks VayenZ i already do option 1 and 2 you listed but i havent changed my routine variation that often more like every 2-3 months i switch routines. I want to start the phat routine on monday because lots of guys report some good strength gains with it but if not i'll try out what you laid out above

    thanks bro lol, i guess the good thing about starting off like we did is we have a much easier time staying lean
