Both pollion/allergy season and the diary are possible culprits.

The Issues started early September which.coincides with me bulking, and adding in extra ammounts of milk.
The issues were lest pronounced/present in the winter months, and just started again as spring rolled around.
In January when I did a mini cut, I cut out all milk and didn't have any breathing issues with even performing HIIT sprints.

I think seasonal change is more likely the issue.
