    a general anti-inflammatory protocol would also be of benefit here, like fish oil, turmeric, bromelain, etc. bromelain on an empty stomach works almost as good as an NSAID for me

    I al ready do 6 g of krill a day & I picked up turmeric yesterday, am doing 3 a day.

    Very interesting, shows how range of motion & even strength can be affected from a muscle that not even connected to one another.

    depending on the preparation you may need to go high, like REALLY high. pure curcumin is not great about getting into circulation without piperine or some form of enhanced absorption technology

    i base this on studies and also the fact i was dosing 2-10 grams of a 95% extract with almost zero results
