    TMAO.. L-Carnitine.. GPLC/ARGINOCARN

New link between heart disease and red meat: New understanding of cardiovascular health benefits of vegan, vegetarian diets

i still have like 100 caps of gplc and arginocarn from PP, i was planning on using it but wondering if this new news means it's really just bad for me?

Considering how long Carnitine has been used, I wouldn't worry.

Not to mention that the article didn't have actual measurements in terms or volume or time, they just went "CARNITINE BAD" pretty much.
If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!

Haha alright! I'm wondering if the effect of argino and glyco isn't the same as regular l-carnitine either.

I wouldn't worry about it. It is a potential contributor to heart disease, of which not much is known, the impact of which seems unknown, and the fact that you exercise is beneficial to the heart, which would probably nullify the impact of this is unexplored.

As DJM said, a pin of hormones would probably carry a higher risk, and seeing as we all find the risks to be minimal, I wouldn't worry to much.
