i dont get why they wouldn't put collars on a 5 plate squat. she repped that like i rep 295 but with probably more stability and my legs are the same size... checked out 2:50 tho my ass has nothing on that

Yeah there is no muscle strain in her arms and back. It has to be fake....because if it's real it makes me look like a pussy on leg day.
