Fake. Most men have multiple spotters on squats that heavy... and those were deep too. She was hardly breaking a sweat. She showed 'no pain' on her face during any of it and definitely would not be smiling during that calf work. Any normal person would be in a world of hurt doing a workout like that. I bet her spotter/trainer was working harder than she was. With all that being said - I wouldn't mind if she were to make an erotic cameo (or star) in my dreams tonight!
