ok, cool, because that's about how I felt. I always figured if I was eating whole food, and getting a good variety of food I would be fine. Since that's what I do I have never been too concerned, whenever I took them I felt like it was too much.

I'll look into minerals though, lol.

I'll have to stress to be careful on the minerals. Slowly add them into your diet and monitor how you feel. Everyone is different, and not every mineral will play nice.
There is a certain mineral that straight up kicks my ass when I take it - I still haven't been able to isolate it, but when I take it, I know it.

Also, congrats on the insane growth. I remember your first photo from the bicep competition, such a twig.
If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!

    Friday Chest log:

    2 plate X 10
2 plate + 25's X 8 (the last 4 of these were assisted, but just barely)

    Decline Bench Machine:

    2 plate X 13
    3 plate X 10
    3 plate X 8

    Machine Chest Flye:

    130lbs X 15
    170lbs X 10
    170lbs X 8

    Cable Crossover:

    35lbs X 15
    42.5lbs X 10
    50lbs X 10 (last 5 were moderately assisted)

    Barbell Bicep Curl:

    65lbs X 13
    85lbs X 10
    105lbs X 5

    Seated DB curl

    30lbs X 15
    30lbs X 13
    30lbs X 13

    20lbs X 8
    20lbs X 6

    Frog Kicks:

    40
    38
    40

    Crunches:

    40
    40
    40

This training is starting to get at me, I wake up sore as hell, my joints ache, walking is harder due to my weight, it's not much fun, but I'm growing like crazy. I need to find something for my soreness, joints and such, think I'm going to try Achilles. Other than that things are great, still right under 200lbs. I'm trying to get over 200, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen anytime soon I seem to be at a sticking point, however I am getting quite stronger, I usually couldn't manage 42.5lbs on crossover for more that 12 reps, but managed 50lbs for 5 reps so my strength is up.

I am getting tired of my hands, hurting all the damn time and my joints swelling stuff like that, if you guys have any suggestions it would be very appreciated, I will try to get some new pictures up. I've been kinda busy since everyone in my life seems to like to lose their minds at once.

Thanks for reading guys, be safe, and if you have any questions let me know.

i don't know how you handle all that volume, i am dead after a few heay sets. If you are feeling run down turn it down for a little while and just focus on diet and rest and come back swinging in a week or 2.

    Eden's Log

I've been using osteo sport by app.nut. for a little over two weeks now and I definitely notice a difference , especially in my shoulders. I'm gonna try Achilles in about 6 weeks.

Strong man!! I'm more of a dumbbell guy when it comes to chest. Maybe once a month I would go for barbell. Workout looks nice bro!

Alright, I knew it was going to be a beastmode day since I got a call from the guy I train with saying that he took a shower and had 20 missed calls, and 54 text messages. So he was mad and not in a terribly good mood, so here's what a Beast mode workout looks like for me.

    Beast mode Sunday Legs:

    15 min stretching, foam rolling

    Leg Extension:

    65lbs X 15
    125lbs X 15
    180lbs X 12
    210lbs X 10

    Leg Press:

    555lbs X 14
    735lbs X 10
    825lbs X 10

    Barbell Squat:

135lbs X 15 (this effing hurt, my quads were so pumped felt like my legs were going to rip apart. I was going as far down as possible for me.)
225lbs X 12 (I took your advice here Rodja and used a larger base, and lower bar position on my back)
315lbs X 8 (This was just beyond my comprehension, I hurt like a mofo)
225lbs X 20 (Yep I was pretty surprised by this, because didn't mean to do this many. 225lbs widow-maker just because I wanted my legs blown out. Also ATG)

    DB lunges:

    40lbs X 8 per leg
    40lbs X 8 per leg
    35lbs X 8 per leg

    Lying leg curls:

    95lbs X 13
    110lbs X 13
    140lbs X 8

    Seated Calf press:

    210lbs X 10
    250lbs X 8
    15 seconds later
    290lbs X 8

Seated Calf Press (the one you can load plates on)

    90lbs + whatever the thing weighs X 12
    140lbs + whatever the thing weighs X 8

That was all of it for today and good lord it wasn't fun. I think it took us about 40 minutes to do all that once we started actually lifting I'm not including the foam rolling, and stretching. I don't have a lot to add to this really, other than being pissed makes for good workouts haha.

    Thanks for stopping by.
