So after a week of this Y3T business I have some observations:
Holy muscle fullness batman
Where are all my fats going
So. Much. Food.
All these slow reps
Be on week one of Y3T(the easiest week) have to drag self out of bed because growing.
Lats lats lats lats everywhere.
I don't wanna see week two and three. Had to fight throwing up the last 40 minutes of leg day yesterday.
All in all though them gains goodness.
I'll wait a few weeks and post pictures. Not a whole lot noticeable, but my wife noticed and she's usually oblivious to my gains.
This is my leg.

Depleted after a workout vs full the next day
For those who haven't seen what I looked like before, forgot, or have. Here's me before working out at 100lbs, and now at about 200lbs. I passed four years of working out about a week ago.
