I don't have any current pictures, but I'm ~200lbs now.

I hope those work, I've had issues posting photobucket photos before, if you have an issue with them, let me know.

Very nice transformation, I see the maturity in muscle definition.

When you get a chance you should update us on how 200 pounds looks like! Thanks for sharing

Updates: The new training is very strange, hoping I'll adapt to it soon, it's definitely burning fat like crazy, I went to pinch stomach fat and there was noticeably less than the last time I pinched it. Weights are super low right now, but they will go up once there's an ability to.

    Re: Eden's Log

One of the Eastern European techniques for increasing recovery from high volume workouts is to alternate hot and cold temps during a shower. It forces blood in and out of tissues and flushes out toxins while infusing muscles with nutrients to speed healing. Give it a shot.

Thanks Burly, I actually had heard of that, I try my best to do that every day, it can get pretty hard to deal with mentally. But gotta do what you gotta do. I'll redouble my efforts to do those everyday. Thanks man.

Shots aren't the best and I look slightly bigger when I hit them right, but anyway you can see what's been going on.

    Back:

    Hams/Abs today:

    Stiff Leg Deadlift:

    4 X 20 X 135lbs

    Lying Leg Curls:

    4 X 20 X 50lbs

    Standing Single Leg Curls:

    4 X 15 X 30lbs

    Hip Adductor:

    4 X 50 X 85lbs

    Floor Crunches:

    50
    50
    27
    50

    Hanging Leg Raises:

    4 X 20

    Ab Posing:

4 sets of 30 second holds

    30 minutes Cardio.

Workouts are as you can see pretty intense, I have been noticing changes here just in the first few weeks so I am optimistic about the future here in the next 3 months. Getting kinda leaner, and staying the same weight currently (195-199). There really isn't much else to say diet consists for consistent meals of meat and carbs, not a lot has changed there I guess, not eating as much. I'll keep you guys updated. I also started taking Achilles 3 days ago, so I will be periodically giving reviews about that. Stay tuned.

    be safe.

    Chest/tri day:

    Machine Bench Press:

    85lbs X 4 X 20

    Incline DB bench:

    35lbs X 15
    40lbs X 15
    45lbs X 2 X 15

    Cable Crossover:

    20lbs X 4 X 20

    Military Pushups:

    10
    10
    5

    Standing Rope Pushdown:

    30lbs X 4 X 20

    Skull Crusher:

    30lbs X 4 X 15

    French Press:

    30lbs X 4 X 20

    Machine Tricep Extension:

    50lbs X 4 X 20

Most of these the weight I gave was per arm. The Achilles is doing pretty well been taking it for 9 days now, and it's actually helping a little bit, it kinda takes longer through the day before my joints start being sore, and hurting. Hopefully it will go away totally. Not much else to update, the workouts are easier. I'm leaning out a little bit while remaining about about 197-199lbs so that's good, things are starting to get a rounded more separated look to them. I'm pretty happy about it.

Like all techniques, the more you do it the less effective it is. I would limit that to 3 times a week tops.
