    I've also read about the hot cold muscle and blood deal before. Never tried it and like BBG said keep it to 2-3 times a week.
    My main lift days are MWF so those are the days I'd do the hot and cold trick on.
    The logic behind it makes sense and its free so what do you have to lose by trying it out.

    I'm 5' 6" scope. Thanks for the heads up bbg I'll definitely keep it to only a few days a week. I've been stretching a few times a week recently seems to help out.

    I see what your thinking burly but like with everything else the body adapts to the hot cold treatment and over time it'll become less and less effective. Kind of like building up a tolerance to a substance.
    No studies to back up what I'm saying as they are just my thoughts on the subject.

    5'6" and 2 bills is impressive!!

    I plan to start doing yoga to help out in the flexablity department and to just strengthen the body, mind, and soul.

    Very Very impressive.

    I'm 6 foot and only weigh 195-200. I know feel like I should start bulking!!!
