I am not getting involved in the vs argument, just wanted to point out that you are not very close to your goal pf shredded at 185 if you are at your bf% @ 180. Get to 200 at your currrent bf% then cut to q more shredded 185.

Have patience with the world, not this goof ball and his wild fantasies of being shredded at 185. He'll never be shredded because all he does is drink Rockstars and each HAM! Can anyone say WATER RETENTION????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He probably doesn't even eat eggs! Patience my a$$!

im 220ish, lean, and id prob have to be 190 to be shredded, this reject is going up 5lbs and go from puffy to shredded..........fk i wish i knew what he knew, id be in so much better shape
