Pics? Of course... I didn't. I should have because I've blown up in such a short time, although It feels to be water weight and not all muscle growth. I'll try to get some anyways.

Did legs today. I was fortunate enough to get there when a couple of lifting buddies from back in January were there. The owner of the gym was there and guess what? It was leg day for them too.

Don't remember a lot about what I did exactly, lots of different things and screwing around with the other guys. The knee was doing great, so I was squatting more weight than last time.

This ends my first round of heavy lifting. Starting Monday, I'll be rolling into my lower weight and higher rep routines. I'm pretty stoked to see how things go, the pumps are intense right now and high rep will be fun.

Just for Vaynez, I snapped a pic earlier

Started on the 7th of July, so this is only 12 days in. Didn't realize that my arms are that big already. Its been a good 24 hours since the arm workout, and this shot was about an hour after I finished my leg workout, so they were feeling a little less full. Leg day always saps energy from everything else in the body.

I neeeeeeed to grab a tape measure and actually tape everything for real number increases. Damn I'm lazy, lol.

Today started the low weight / high rep system.

    Chest/back

    Bench:
    bar x 20
    135 x 20
    135 x 18
    135 x 16 (Fucking pumps got painful!)

    Cable Rows:
    40 x 20
    75 x 18
    80 x 16

    Dumbell Press:
    40 (each hand) x 20
    40 x 18
    40 x 14

    Lat pulldowns:
    40 x 20
    75 x 20
    85 x 18
Kinda sucked, shoulders were burning before my lats

    Standing decline cable press
    40 x 20
    40 x 18
    40 x 18

The pumps man, THE PUMPS. Shit was getting real in the third set of reps for each movement. I expected pumps, but holy shit it was bad. It was a fantastic workout though, was a lot of fun. I'm going to be feeling it in the morning.

Did some other misc stuff, but the pumps made it hard to even move at some points. I tried some close grip incline benching, but my pecs wouldn't let me get my arms close enough to keep good form.

Cobalts journey with no set destination

I tried a double dose before leaving on a trip and with that workout couldn't get over 6 reps on anything.

The pumps were crippling . Back pumps on the plane , back pumps pulling luggage defiantly no pumps lacking at all. LOL.

I've been avoiding GPLC so far. Its my go-to supplement for pumps, but I think it would be suicide at this point.

Tried deadlifting today. Absolute failure of a workout.
Pumps were just murder. I did 135lbs for 20 reps, rested then went at it again. By rep 15, I was hurting. Didn't get a lot done, back pumps were just off the charts.

It also didn't help that my stomach is acting up again. Haven't felt too great the past couple days, but nothing too bad. Today was different, felt tired, deflated and just not wanting to do anything. I had almost no appetite yesterday and anything I did eat just sat in my stomach.
I'm hoping that I was just having issues absorbing what I ate and my body not getting enough calories.

Only weighed in a 219 today. Weight gain really slowed down.
