I have The Underground Steroid Handbook II by Dan Duchaine... is it the same as the original? Think I might have to do a little reading from it since I just recently found where I packed it away years ago.

This one isn't much better than a Xeroxed copy. It's 21 sheets of paper (84 pages in all) folded in half (plus cover) and stapled together. It looks kind of cheap, but it's the content that I paid for, so I'll have to see how good it is. Last time I read anything out of it was probably 16 years ago and it was all Greek to me then. It should make a whole lot more sense now that I have a slightly better understanding of things.
Holy crap!!! I had no idea the book was worth that much!!! Underground Steroid Handbook II: Incorporating Material From the Original Underground Steroid Handbook, Ultimate Muscle Mass, and the USH Updates #1-10: Daniel Duchaine: Amazon.com: Books
I might just have to put that bad boy on the market after I read through it and copy it. It's in "brand new" condition.
I have a pdf of the 2nd handbook, can't find the first one though.
Didn't realize it was that popular, lol.

Historical value, really, though I had no idea how much people would pay for it.
Edit: I just looked at the photos of the USH and it said the first printing was in 1989. 1989 was the year I received my photocopy. At that time, I thought it had been around for a while, but apparently what I had was hot off the Xerox machine. Interesting stuff. After pretty much memorizing that booklet in '89, it was a strange twist of fate to actually become acquainted with Duchaine back in the mid 90s and have a chance to converse with him over the course of time.

Feeling pretty good about everything right now. I'm typing again without much issue. Still lacking feeling in the new 'tips' of my index and middle fingers, but I think that I've adjusted enough to type with all fingers... at least without many errors, lol.
Been doing physical therapy, which sucks, but I've regained about 60-70% of the strength in my fingers. Much ahead of where they thought that I would be at this point - about 1 month after the accident happened. My gripping strength was off the charts with my right hand though, they were impressed.
Picked up one of these:
DFX Sports Powerball Pro Gyro
Freakin awesome for working out the forearms, my right arm was sore from it.
I've lost about 12 lbs over the last month though. Kinda sucks, but it'll come back!

how much did you lose off of your fingers?
