you look a bit leaner in the recent pic
Just hope you don't Dupuytren's Contracture. It's pretty common among the descendant's of the old Norse tribes. My immediate forebears were English and Italian, but all the Old World families were Norman stock and hence from Norse roots. All the men on both the maternal and paternal sides for as long as anyone remembers always developed these clenched claw-like hands by age 50, so i wasn't going to be any exception. My right hand closed up the point it was essentially useless except for holding a golf club, the shaft of which had to be inserted in the claw. At that point, the surgeons basically laid open my palm and cut out about a dozen otherwise benign cysts or tumors from the fascia where they constricted the ligaments and tendons. It took three months for my hand to become operational, and the resulting nerve trauma left it numb and tingling for more than 2 years. Here's a picture of one of the contractures that has developed over the past couple years in my left hand at the base of my pinky which, as you can see, can no longer be closed up against the other fingers.
The bad news - you can also get this shit in your feet and your cock; the good news - knock on wood - is that i haven't, although a there a couple suspicious lumps in the soles of my feet. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1370952642.556056.jpg

Here's a pic of my right hand, where if you look carefully, you can see some of the surgical scars in the middle, under the pinky and just below the other fingers

And here's how my right pinky ended up from being bent into my hand for a couple years

Hope this isn't TMI, but your story and someone i've spent a couple of hours a day with the past year just today noticing my hand got me thinking about it

If your 215 in both pics you've recomped pretty damn well because your a good bit leaner in the second pic.
Sperwer:
I don't think I'm at a big risk for it. I've known about dupuytren's for a while, and I've yet to find any traces of it on either side of my family. I take heavily after my mom, which the Norse blood runs through and her family line hasn't had it.
Just hope it stays dormant if it is still in there. I just looks painful, but I'm glad you've been able to bounce back from it.
Scope:
The second pic is the newer one, and I'm at 215. That is a good 6+ weeks after PCT including over a month off from the gym, so it isn't the best that I've been recently. The first pic was right at the end of a cycle, before PCT. I forget how much I was then, but I believe it was 210 max.
I do believe that I've recomped a good bit, thanks for noticing.
See what a good DIET can do? lol
