    Very cool, Ryan. My wife and I are both "alphas", so there is no working with her in business or training with her in the gym or coaching her on a diet. We've tried it. She can't take instruction from me and it drives me nuts when she quits eating well or training, so I just try to support ANY positive thing she does and leave it at that. lol. That being said, I can't imagine working out with my wife as a partner. She'd spend so much time wanting to talk endlessly about unrelated subjects that I'd never get anything done and couldn't concentrate on the workout. Haha. You are a blessed man, my friend.

    i definitely need some help with form on that lift, it seems like i cant grip the bar without rounding my back... bar always slams my calves... cant lock out without it running into my ass... not a fun lift haha

    On a hack squat machine. You load up the plates just as you would a leg press machine. 8*45=360. But this machine is at a more upright angle than other machines I've used. But yeah man, she was killing it. On that machine, I can load up 11 plates on each side and do 3 sets of 8.

    You just got hack-schooled by a girl. How does that make you feel?
    We've had our crappy workouts together, Mondays especially. She just likes looking around, I hate that. She's squatting with 185 on her back and looks at someone as they walk by... I'm like, PAY ATTENTION! She also killed a few of my workouts too... So it's a give and take. She's not as dedicated as me, but she does put the work in. She really only works out with my when we do legs. SO the rest of the week we train on our own. I really hate training with other people, I love being by myself... But I like helping her unlock her potential.

    Like the other day when I broke my all time Personal best on deads... She told me she saw me the entire time I was working my way up... She told me she didn't want to break my concentration, so she let me finish before we started hitting it together. She knows that I need to focus, and that I HATE talking in the gym. She gets to the gym before I do, so she'll do 20 mins of HIIT while I get dressed and warmed up.

    It's been working for sure.

    Yeah I remember you asking me about CNS a while ago, and I'm glad I was some help.

    Your plan looks solid with you having 300-500g BLs and your wife having 100-150g BLs. One thing I've seen is that females seems do better on cleaner carb sources over the junk like pizza, ice cream, and stuff like that. Not saying she can't or won't do good but if things don't go smooth switch out the dirty stuff for clean carbs.

    When your want to drink keep it pure alcohol.
    One drink I've been wanting to try even thou I don't drink anymore/often is a NorCal Margarita
    Ingredients
    2 shots (4 oz) of clear alcohol – Rum/Tequila
    juice of one lime
    club soda
    ice
    This drink is made to not spike insulin because the lime juice blunts the alcohols effects on blood sugar and the soda water gets you buzzed quicker.

    Great deal buddy. That drink is right up our alley! What would you consider cleaner carbs? Red Potatoes, gluten free pancakes, white rice? What else? I'll be eating a good amount of fruit as well to help with the digestion of all these carbs. I got a huge order from the farm yesterday, now I need to go to the grocery store to get my carbs, fats, veggies, and fruits.

    I'll be doing 6 whole eggs in the am cooked in organic butter, I'll have a tbsp of coconut oil, a chicken breast or a hamburger patty, and half an avocado. What else would you recommend for bfast? Lunches will be 1 whole avocado, 1 ckn breast, and 1 ground beef patty, some spinach or broccoli and some nuts.

    How does this sound? Should I add anything else to the lunches?
