Question Curious for answers, all are welcomed thanks!

    How many people use Glutamine?

Ive read a couple places that regular free-form l-glutamine once process leaves only about 15-20% is available for actually muscle recover. However, if you get a PH balanced from or a peptide allows all the glutamine to be used and absorbed.

Just really curious on the kknowledgeble peoples opinion on this supplememt.

Final queston what are people opinons on blended protein powders? For instance my protein has 7 sources and breaks down up to 8. I add about 20 more grams of iso post workout but i can tells difference between a straihj protein over a blendors

Glutamine seems like a waste to me, benefits are too unnoticeable for me compared to the work it takes to scoop it into the blender..

In Colgan's book he says that glutamine contributes to ammonia buildup. i haven't looked into the biochemistry of this but he generally knows his stuff.

i used to use it in high doses. these days i far prefer BCAAs or EAAs. never noticed anything from glutamine

    Just noticed your second question.

If you want a protein that allows you to really feel a difference, then use PeptoPro. Use it intra/post workout. It reduces the damage done during the workout and speeds healing afterward. In 28 years of training, I've tried a lot of powders and potions. PeptoPro is the one protein supplement that I would keep if I could only choose one.

And no, I don't sell this product or work for anyone who does. Just an enthusiastic user based on (finally) some noticeable results.
