    I didn't laugh. I just cringed. Shut it off about halfway through... can't stand it.

    Are those plates air filled or something? I dont understand how some tiny chicks are tossing up what looks like a shit ton of weight.

    They're not 45 lbs plates, they are some foamy rubber material so you won't hurt yourself if you drop it on your foot.
