this was my third attempt on my workout where i did 225... power was getting low (usually i catch the bar higher on the delt and jump higher off the ground) but for some stupid reason i wanted to try 2 for the camera... that didn't work out lol.. obviously i should have dropped my hips more to catch the second one.

fuck you know i'm gonna have to go out and try that now lol. as the weight starts inching up tiny variations in the technique makes all the difference. good thing it wasn't in planet fitness lol
