so i started PCT a week before being off DHT injectable, so the first week listed is still with DHT. my pct is overkill and pretty much a kitchen sink.
i used ralox and prami for the entire cycle and nolva on and off

clomid 25/25/25/25/25/25/12.5/now (12.5 MWF)/12.5MWF/0
nolva 20/20/20/20/20/20/20/20/20/0
torem 0/80/80/60/60/50/50/50/25/25/25/???
prami .25/.25/.25/.25/.125/.125/0/0/0...

sustain alpha gel and liquid both on and off

GH peptides almost constantly 3x a day

i'm honestly just estimating lol, there was too much variation for me to remember the doses and when they changed for sure but thats all the compounds....
