Pansy, set your weight down, don't drop it, lol.

Seriously, 495 is a good bit of weight, nice job.
If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!

Nice weight you are pulling, but you upper back was EXTREMELY rounded. Not a good thing at all. Try keeping your core a little tighter too.

10 plates!! Awesome strength increase bro! Very very very impressed.
I hear you Ryan on the back advise bro. Rodja advised me the same when I pulled 500 back in august (when I was still strong). Ever since then I've been focusing more on the arch.

Not sure how you're feeling Weekend, but after I nailed heavy weight like that, I honestly believe that it was the trigger to my current lower back problem. I am feeling way better today however. But it took a few months of sucky recovery to be able to go hard again. Don't wait till you feel that deep ''sting''.

However... I am STILL impressed though, especially for a lean guy like you to have such strength! kudos man

Huh, my back would never hurt from this form I'm pretty sure...

But I would also never be able to lift this weight with a flat back. 405x1 is a stretch with a flat back.

I agree it ain't too pretty but also not painful at all.
