POWERLIFTERS PUT IT DEEPER IN THE WHOLE!!! WHAT???!!!
When I nailed 500, it didn't feel that bad. But after that it started getting worse and worse with every attempt at pulls.
Only a few people told me my form was off. A lot of people didn't, so I could of easily just ignored ''the few'' that did.
Today I did 475 (haven't gone this heavy for about 2 months) and I wish I had someone to record it! But I felt that taking the advise and pointers I received to heart, and working on those little details, helped me improve a lot, and like Ryan said, ''we all wanna deadlift tomorrow or when we are old''.
Whenever one of you tell me I'm doing something wrong or off, or can improve in something, I humble myself and listen. Might not make too much sense the first time, and especially because of years of experience and ego. But in the end, I always end up stronger.
That's why I love this board. Nothing but Good advise.
Personally I don't believe your form was THAATT bad, but I can see where you ''can'' improve, and so do many of the powerlifter guys here. We just wanna see you get bigger, stronger and faster bro. That's why we share our perspectives.
P.S. I like how you say: ''I blame the leanness'' nice one!! haha
Haha I appreciate the concern guys!
My form was worse than this when I got to 315 for the first time, and forcing the max out is what led me to getting here. I will work on only pulling weights I can do with good form for a while.
you're a machine Weekend! In the direction you're heading.. April 2014 you're gonna be built to kill
just did my first ventrogluteal injections!
definitely seems like whats up, definitely feel like i got in muscle with a slin as well.
2 injections every day gets to be a little worrying when there's still pip.
getting ventro's and pecs fully in the rotation stat.
using for most of the cycle:
long and short head tricep
all over the outer quads
delts
going to add ventro and pec to the equation.
sort of tempted to add biceps. but so many veins idk.

Dat volume!!!
I've never been able to do full back workouts higher/lower back. How much time you in the gym?
deadlifted for the first time in 5 months yesterday and went up to 315 pretty easily. no pain today.
That was a 2 hour workout. Normal workouts are usually 1.5 hours. Me and my girl were goin hard, no one in the gym, it was great. She learned to front squat too.
I lift 5 days a week. Also yoga mon+weds so those days I'm actually at the gym 3.5 hours usually
What JM said! Holy Volume!
With the cycle your on and volume of heavy sets like that, you're gonna grow big
did 225 on front squats today with no wrist pain thanks to using straps as handles on the bar. has anyone done this before? it's amazing.
some progress pics from yesterday. the tren really upgraded the cycle big time. and i feel like i am going to make big steps in a good direction soon...
