    Got a delicious package today... Christmas came early!

    Now I have stashed a big ole cycle of primo, some extra tren mast and test... And I got my winny.

    So took my first dose of Winstrol (25 mg) before yoga just now. The pump was noticeable and intense. The instructor commented on my gains after class

    Oh, and I wore the pheromones today... It definitely had an effect after being in a room with mostly women for an hour and a half. I think they don't work as well unless they are around you for a while.

    lol. I like having full sized nuts and knowing I can gain drug free. It's easy for me to stay off for at least 5-6 months and then the itch comes back. Hopefully I can make it a year off this time.

    Thinking if I take enough time off and then do a primo solo that will be a lot easier on my HPTA.

    I wonder if I kept doing one cycle per year, at what point am I screwed...

    it seems winstrol is a fairly potent diuretic.

    rapid urination after water consumption. i have drank 3/4 gallon since waking up from my nap but urinated ALL of it out within one hour... i checked by weighing myself.

    wondering how much electrolyte i need to consume to maintain proper balance...

    If you get concerned about it you could add a multi vitamin/mineral morning and night. If you notice any sign of cramping then add a calcium/ magnesium supplement and eat a potato for the potassium (higher than that of a banana).

    I eat potato and banana and low sodium v8 pretty much every day.

    I think it's good but I'm only 2.5 days in.

    Just had a weird/disappointingly low volume workout

    It was 1.2 hours but the gym closed. I decided to just call it good and hit it hard the next 3 days in a row.

    That's what my friend called them. Some barstarz type shit.

    Got 3 x 8

    Never was able to do it before, my core and back have made major improvements.
