ITS KILLING TIME!!! Today is the last training day before the meet. I weighted in at 183 this morning, and I've never been this light on a weekend. I'm happy about that!!!!

I treated myself to a huge plate of Homemade Mexican food last night. Carne Guisada (beef in gravy) charro beans, and mexican rice while watching the Canelo Mayweather fight. I weighed in this morning at 186, which once again is the lightest I've ever been on a sunday. I typically drop 5#s of water weight when coming back from the weekend. All cardio and conditioning for me next week. I'll also be doing tons of mobility work, stretching, and foam/rumble rolling. I might get a little something in today, but who knows... I'm kind of tired from this past week, it was brutal in every aspect.

I agree, my wife nor my family understood how significant this was when I brought it to their attention.
