lol not that I know of other than bodyfat. I hold my fat in my torso so I am ripped arms/legs, and still have back, pec and belly fat. I would guess I am around 10% right now overall, but looking at my legs you wouldn't think that.
other than the obvious hi rep, and a dht like masteron but none of that will help anyway if the veins are covered with fat

Yeah, low body fat is key, but the veins in my arms will just be exploding one day and then gone the next. Don't know why.
If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!

Nice wheels man! I can see the veins in my quads but nowhere close to that!

agree, could be carbs I was depleted in those pics though, it was right after an hour walk. When I get some carbs back in it looks like i'm on dbol only no bloat. I think cobalt it would come back to bf though, you may just be on the verge of a bf level where you can see veins all the time 1-2% might make the difference. I will also drop set all my exercises.

I know my overall bf % is a bit too high for veins to be popping out all over, but the difference between them being out and being gone is pretty extreme.

I bet it is carbs though, it would make sense.

You know, my theory is to know a bit about the gear, not become an expert but enough to understand what is safe and what is not, know about training, and then any gaps in those two are filled in by pouring out your guts in the gym. Working out to failure, and past every time, coming back and doing another set at the end of the workout, you know, ambition, it'll fix a lot of problems elsewhere. Maybe that has to do with the vascularity, maybe genetics??? (see lol, here's a gap in my knowledge right here but it doesn't matter cause hard work beats it out)
