Osta cycle

I'm 41 with some prostate issues so I'm going to start an Osta cycle. What's the best dosage and time frame for fat loss and lbm. Can I take no2 as well and I've read I don't need a pct is this true?

no2 is just a pump product. If you haven't purchased yet I would advise against, as it is severely overpriced, but if you have it yes you can use it without the need for a PCT.

Osta I don't want to recommend a dosage for you as it would be me merely giving you a google result, I personally do not have experience with it (although I hope to soon). Others can chime in better.
