I just created this online community as a place for people with mental health issues, a history of substance abuse, eating disorders, depression or just normal folks can come learn about the benefits of fitness and living a healthy life style. There are also a few private sections for the discussion of more sensitive topics... I am also, working on creating a section where we will have various professional from the fitness industry stop by to answer questions, and have been in touch with a few trainers who used to have eating disorders or suffered from other issues in the past... regardless, I am running a little giveaway for all new users!
