    What's up, I've been pretty inactive for the past 3 months or so... figured I'd post a list of my daily supps. This is (currently) everything I take, nothing more nothing less. It's been a while since I came off my last cycle (almost half a year) at which I ended with the scale reading 222, I'm currently 216 so I think it's safe to say I know how to maintain my gains.
