Matt Porter line over at True Nutrition

I'm going to look over there at TN and try some of the new stuff. Matt really knows what's up and I have learned a lot from him, and i'm sure what he uses can translate well into my BJJ regiment. Anyone else seen this, or use his current product, looks like an intra workout? But yeah, looks good.

And by the by, I have transitioned more into bodyweight movements instead of lifting ( pullups, pushups, dips, jump squats ) weights in the traditional sense. The functionality and strength translation, imo, has been better for me. I do miss the weights though. Never say never.

Doesn't look that great. Especially not for the $50 price tag. That is not in any disrespect to Matt.

Anyone have the article he wrote on "The best Postworkout" shake?

Plenty of my friends have switched to bodyweight only training and love it. They like the strength increases you can make in respect to the exercise being done. Very functional undead. I personally can't get myself to enjoy bodyweight. Same as I can't find enjoyment in any type of cardio.

    Hey guys,

It should be much better potency and price than BioTest Mag-10 which is using HBCD + pepto -- I believe has around 11g of carbs per 2 scoops, and I would like to think MOST people will use 25-50 +++ carbs INTRA workout.

I made sure to have not only 25g HBCD per scoop , but 11 g essential aminos + agmatine sulfate for augmented blood flow, + creatine + gluta + electrolytes.

Its also flavored strong --- so those whom are sensitive to carbs -- can just use 1 scoop (25g) and dilute with 40+ ounces of water, while still staying sweet.
