    Lat injury

I've tried looking this up, but can't seem to find any answers. I've been having pain where my lat meets my truck, right on my side. If I flair my lat and run my hand down it until it connects to my body, that's where the pain is. It hurts most when pulling heavy weight. I took a couple weeks off and went back to the gym today, and it's still annoying me.

Any ideas what it could be?

I have this I think, it doesn't bother me. I think it's the lower lat fascia stretching..

I wish it didn't bother me, but it most definitely does.

Probably doesnt feel the same then. Like lower lowest part of lat? Especially if you do wide grip pull ups with your back super arched? And if you go too hard it's strained and you can kinda feel it but it doesn't seem that irritating to balance and such just a dull ache in a weird place?

Exactly. Lowest part of the lat, but the pain is more where it connects to my side/back then in the actually lat. I can feel it when I do horizontal pulls too, depending on the angle I'm pulling, it can hurt enough to make me stop.
