Sunday and Monday were off days.

Tuesday's workout was shoulders, abs, and cardio. I hit a max of 2 with 125 for power cleans. And I noticed that I looked a bit leaner in the mirror and took a photo. As soon as I figure out how to fix the "sd card full" issue I'll post. I have on a t-shirt and sweats, but there's no belly bloat. This is something I believe can be attributed to the first week of Alphamine.
