Weight : 92kg / 202.4lbs (+1kg / +2.2lbs)/(+3kg / +6.6bs)
Waist : 84cm / 33'1 (no changes)/(-0.5cm / -0'2)
Estimated BF% : 13.3% (-0.2%)/(-1.1%)
BP : 130/75
BPM (Rest) : 52 (no changes)
So I decided to stop Mechabol because I didn't feel any differences these 6 last weeks. I'm certainly not a responder to Mecha. If you're interested by the remaining bottles, I sell them in the sell products post.
I increased Dienazone to 3ml to find my best spot for this product alone. I always put it on neck, shoulders, chest and biceps. No skin troubles.
Concerning my stats, I'm really happy with the results, especially since I started Dienazone. For this product I'm certainly a full responder to Dienazone :-) My weight increased without any changes with my waist. Really what I expected from a recomp cycle. It's the 1st time I found and followed a strict diet for a cycle and this seems to be fine.
Strength is a bit up but nothing exceptional.
Pics are not really a friend to me 'cause what I see on them is a bit different of what I see in the mirror.... :-) But I decided however to post a pic of this morning to see the difference between the start and the middle of my cycle (see below)
Concerning side effects, nothing to say. BP is correct since I take Talos (very good product btw).
Diet is not really changed even if I upped a bit carbs on my ON days. Macros are as follow :
ON days :
280/280/80 (P/C/F) for a total of 3000kCal
OFF days :
275/55/125 (P/C/F) for a total of 2400kCal
No cardio but 2 karate sessions as usual. Hard to train hard and prepare my black belt in the same time
No changes planned with my diet for this next week.

Just started Deadlifts this previous week (and I restart from 217lbs 'cause I used to do 3x10/rest 2' and I do 12/10/8/6 with 45" of rest, and this is really different in terms of perfs).
Concerning training, I'm always motivated but 4 workouts/week is very tiring with this kind of training (high muscular fatigue) and I need a lot of rest. My sleep must be good and long if possible
