Side effects :
Joints are a little painful, especially in the morning when I'm cold. But no more painful than 3 weeks ago.
Lethargy or fatigue is always present. Difficult to say if it is lethargy or deep fatigue... This is coming especially after lunch and dinner.
Strength is coming....slowly but coming. This is sure ! perfs are starting to take off :-)

Concerning my weight, it's a big increase in 2 week due to carbs every night. Fat is up too ! I realize that carbs brings up strength....and fat if carbs amount is too high. This festive period for 1 month is conducive to gain muscle .... and fat

Whatever I feel good, very good. Workouts are great, very physical and motivating !

I planned to keep Epi for this week and I stop after 7 days (always @50mg). If I feel good, I will continue with Dienazone @3ml for several weeks (up to 4 max). Will see how I feel

I was watching "Dirty Dancing" with my wife yesterday night when I suddenly realized that.....I was dirty bulking

Very great workout tonight. I up weights for all exercises 2x/week since 2 weeks. I really feel Epi action...or it's just Dienazone. I will see it next week 'cause Epi will be over on sunday.

I continue this cycle with Dienazone alone @3ml (this is my hot spot)
