    Taurine is ready. I planned to take it from week 3 with 3-5g/day.

    However I don't drink enough water during the day. Just 2l. I must force myself to drink more

    A little update from the 2nd day. I was a bit irritable yesterday night and I did have some mild headaches during the day.

    It never comes usually, so I can really think that it comes from the Mecha/Katana doses.
    - I see you're on that famous beer and mustard diet. How's that workin' out for ya?

    I do deadlift but not squats. Too hard to practice karate when I do squats.

    I need to be explosive and when my legs are dead after a full leg session, that's not possible

    Day 8/42

    I finished my first week and for the moment, I can't say something really interesting.
    No side effects excepted few mild headaches one day in the week (not necessary linked to the cycle).
    No changes about strength during workouts.

    Here are my stats this morning :
    Weight : 89.4kg / 196.7lbs (+0.9lbs)
    Waist : 84cm / 33'1 (-0'2)

    This is the good news I increased a bit my weight in decreasing a bit my waist in the same time. Recomp is really what I wanted !

    I think that carbs amount is good for the moment and I won't up it.
    Concerning carbs :
    I eat them only aound the workout : 40g of malto in my PWO shake and 85g in my 125g of Basmati rice
    Prots were around 2.6g/kg - 1.2g/lbs
    Fats were around 1g/kg - 0.5g/lbs

    Here is the evolution graph, as usual in my logs

    For this second week, I will only up prots amount from 2.6g/kg - 1.2g/lbs up to 3g/kg - 1.4g/lbs
    No changes with carbs and fat.

    Concerning workouts, I didn't feel something special in the 4 last sessions :

    Weight increase were linear, as usual.

    Concerning products, I upped MEchabol dosage from 125mg to 150mg from yesterday up to the end of the cycle.
    Katanadrol and Androhard will stay at 4caps/3caps respectively-

    Good week but mechabol kick is not still there. I hope the second week will be interesting !

    I take for the moment about 3g/kg - 1.3g/lbs of body weight of protein.

    I know I should increase up to 4g/kg - 1.8g/lbs with PHs.

    Do you think It's possible to recomp with this new amount?
    I would be between +500 and +800kCal above my maintenance. Carbs are always limited to 1.4g/1.6g/lbs on ON days and 0.4g/lbs on OFF days

    I'm so afraid to gain fat and today I feel good and cut is working very well. However I don't want to spoil PHs I take.

    No answer? Everybody is in holiday here :-)

    Another question, I do IF during 20h/4h and I take 2x2 caps of Mechabol without eating anything (just 3g of fish oil in the same time).

    It's maybe not optimized?

    No one can really answer those questions for you because everyone responds differently to things, so pretty much you just need to try out different things.
    Trial and error is the only way to figure this out.

    Mechabol / Katanadrol v3 - 6 weeks cycle

    For me I keep the protein high and carb cycle if I want to recomp. One thing to remember Jack is you may swell up with water from the Mecha and if your eating clean it won't be fat. Some people don't get water retention but I did and it felt great on the joints. Also makes the muscles look better but just don't look at the tummy. LOL

    BTW Jack I love your charts , it shows dedication and focus. I would think you should start feeling an increase in strength or endurance any day now from the Mecha.
