    I saw few Mechabol reviews in 8 weeks cycle with 150mg like me. If I feel good, I will increase mecha longtime up to 8 weeks and Dienazone from week 4-5 up to week 8-9 maybe 10.

    Is 10 weeks too long for this kind of cycle ?

    PCT wil be composed of Torem on 5 weeks 120/90/60/30/30 and Exemestane @12,5mg/day

    Mechabol / Katanadrol v3 - 6 weeks cycle

    I have run Mecha 7 wks with no problems with supports and continued with TZ and Ment for another 4 wks. My bloods came back good.

    Just listen to your body and the sides at 8 weeks and make a decision at that point. You seemed to react well to TZ on your last run with pretty high doses.

    Day 21/70

    Okay, so I decided to stop Katanadrol (according your smart advices) which seems to be an odd option to mechabol and decided to extend my cycle in using Trenazone/Dienazone.

    I will finish my Androhard bottle this week with 9 caps/day to fight lethargy and then, I will take Stanodrol in 800 or 1000mg/day for 6 weeks.

    I successfully used Trenazone in my last run so I think it's a good option to extend my actual cycle with it. I reached 2ml last time with no side effects at all, just a very slight increase of BP. I will start with 2ml. In case of side effects I have AI anastrozole on my hand.

    If I feel good, and as I have the required stock, I will take Mechabol up to 8 weeks. I will hear my body....


    Here is now a summary of my last week (the 3rd).

    I stopped Katanadrol (thanks a lot Markam, as usual ;-) ) and lethargy has quickly disappeared !
    I immediately gained about 3lbs (obviously there is water retention according to Bucks). Waist and weight upped a bit this morning.

    My main objective is to gain lean mass without fat. I will follow my stats every day.

    My diet is always extra clean and I upped prot amount to 1.8g/lbs - 4g/kg of body weight since few days.

    Here are sample day meals for ON and OFF days :

    ON day
    Lunch 1PM :
    Bacon 100g
    Chicken 350g
    2 whole eggs
    Salad with sauce
    about 1000kCal

    Pre-workout :
    Whey 20g
    Leucine
    Peri-Workout :
    Whey 20g
    Malto 20g
    Post Workout :
    Whey 50g
    Malto 40g
    Skim milk 50cl
    about 750kCal

    7PM :
    Basmati rice 125g
    Chicken 300g
    about 880kCal

    8PM :
    Cottage cheese 0% fat 450g
    Coconut powder 20g
    about 370kCal

    Total : 3000kCal - P:320g/C:245g/F:80g


    OFF day
    Lunch 1PM :
    Bacon 100g
    Chicken 350g
    2 whole eggs
    Salad with sauce
    about 1000kCal

    Collation :
    Chicken 320g
    Salad
    about 400kCal

    7PM :
    Chicken 400g
    3 whole eggs
    Olive oil 5cl
    Carrots 300g
    about 850kCal

    8PM :
    Cottage cheese 0% fat 450g
    about 370kCal

    Total : 2500kCal - P:315g/C:85g/F:100g

    All is very clean and this is really different from my last run where I eat much much more bad carbs :-)
    I hope this new diet will allow me to gain lean mass !

    Stats this morning /(last week)/(from start)
    Weight : 90.5kg / 199.1lbs (+1.3kg / +2.9lbs)/(+1.5kg / +3.3lbs)
    Waist : 84.4cm / 33'3 (+0.7cm / +0'3)/(-0.1cm / -0'0)
    Estimated BF% : 14% (+0.3%)/(-0.4%)

    As you can see, I modified the BF% calculation to reflect reality. I'm closer than 14% BF today than the previous 11.5% :-)

    It's just a blendered coconut. Just like whey but with coconut instead of milk peotein

    Oh so like coconut flour or MCT powder?

    If its MCT powder it'll be cut with maltodextrin so if your not wanting carbs in that last meal make sure and check the label to see what you have.

    Just pure coconut flour. No carbs at all.
    During my ULC day, I try to limit as few as possible carbs (just from vegetables or chicken, or a bit from cottage cheese)

    I wake up each night to piss. Katanadrol is however stopped. Btw no more lethargy thanks to this stop (or it is the AHv3 in 9 caps )

    I will try to stop cottage cheese before bed. 450g is a bit too much I think. Cottage cheese with no fat is rather liquid and I believe it's like a big glass of water before bed. Not too good..... And it gives about 20g of carbs. Good in a ON day, but less good in a OFF day. I will keep it for the ON days with 200g (will try for the night).

    So tonight, no cottage cheese and I will replace the protein from cheese by ..... chicken. It's a lot of chicken in one day but it's necessary to reach 1.8g/lbs ! I try to cook it in different ways.

    Do you know a good website to learn chicken recipes ?

    From what I've read there really isn't any reason to eat more that 1.3g/lbs protein, even on cycle.
    Just thought I'd throw that out there.

    This is about 3g/kg so, for me, I should remove 90g of prots every day. This means 360kCal.
