BTW Jack I love your charts , it shows dedication and focus. I would think you should start feeling an increase in strength or endurance any day now from the Mecha.

As Scope75 said, I will try to see what happens.

Next week, I will increase prots up to 1.6g/lbs, about 3.5g/kg. I will decrease my fast time from 20h to 16h. So I will able to take Mecha with my 1st meal at lunch
