    Mechabol / Dienazone Cycle

    This is my 2nd run for this year and I'd like to recomp this time.
    I will progressively increase amount of carbs for the next weeks according to a diet plan I will describe below. Now, I'm about 800-1000kCal under maintenance with carbs only on days ON (My maintenance is about 2400kCal)

    Concerning the cycle :

    For Mechabol I planned in a 1st idea to take 100mg/week (4 caps) but I will test with an upped dosage progressively. If I don't feel good, I will decrease dosage)

    Mechabol 125/150/150/150/150/150mg (I will describe when I take each cap in the future posts)
    Katanadrol v3 4/4/4/4/4/4 caps
    Androhard v3 3/3/4/4/4/4 caps
    Cycle protect (started 2 weeks ago)
    Cissus
    Glucosamine
    Anastrozole 0.25mg E3D (Is it really required for that cycle???)

    Concerning workouts :

    I will train 4 days per week according the following schema. No real cardio sessions planned because I practice Karate 2/3 times a week and it's really like a cardio session for 1.5h

    Monday - ON - Day 1 PM
    Tuesday - OFF - Karate PM
    Wednesday - ON - Day 2 PM
    Thursday - OFF - Resting day :-)
    Friday - ON - Day 1 PM
    Saturday - OFF - Karate AM
    Sunday - ON - Day 2 PM (sometimes Karate AM)

    I won't train legs 'cause I noticed that I have trouble moving when I do karate with legs training. My legs are so tiring after a leg session ! I'm too old :-)
    So, please don't say that I want to train only for the beach (this is nearly winter here and the 1st available beach is very far from my location :-) ). This really is another reason, and this is the first time I will only train my upper body.

    I will however do deadlifts 'cause I like this exercice (stiff legged)

    I will update this log each week with diet plan, results of the workouts and a following of my stats. I am extremely picky and perfectionist.

    Well, concerning my stats today :

    Weight : 89kg / 195.8lbs
    Waist : 84.5cm / 33'3
    BF : around 12.5% (calculated via the YMCA method + 1% to be the nearest of the reality)
    BP : 120/75 (I have a BP monitor and I check my BP each morning)

    Concerning my diet plan :

    As I said above I will progressively increase the amount of carbs for the next weeks.

    For the weeks 1 and 2, here is an example of my diet :

    Prots : 190g - 2,5g/kg - 1,14g/lbs
    Carbs : 80g - 1g/kg - 0,45g/lbs
    Fat : 85g - 1,1g/kg - 0,5g/lbs
    TOTAL 1860kCal

    About 295kCal under maintenance for this diet.
    Of course, lots of fish oil and Omega-3. About 10 caps of 1g.

    As you can see, I follow an IF plan with an about 21h fast, and I follow it since 2 months....successfully :-)

    My plan for my future diets will evolve in function of the cycle results and I won't increase carbs amount if I gain fat.

    I will however increase prots amount up to 1.4g/lbs from the 2nd or 3rd week. When I do this I'm forced to modify my IF diet from 21h fast to 16h fast. Too much food in a so little timeframe

    This is just a plan. If I feel good with the actual diet with good perfs and stats, I will keep it. Nothing is set in stone. I will correct in function

    I will give my feelings about strength, side effects and positive effects on each post.
