phil won. no question. kai was looking great a couple days ago, but from the pics on flex online, he really f'd up come judging. ramy is, well, ramy. he really does just need about 3-5 years more of muscle maturity and conditioning and he'll be the next olympia. shawn's prolly gonna be top 3 again. jay. idk man. his shape just looks weird. he's done. everyone knew this and so did he. i think him returning was more for publicity than anything.
but dam phil looks good haha
