Summary:
Kisspeptin-54 infusion significantly increased plasma LH, FSH, and testosterone concentrations compared with saline infusion (mean 90-min LH: kisspeptin, 10.8 ± 1.5 vs. saline, 4.2 ± 0.5 U/liter, P < 0.001; mean 90-min FSH: kisspeptin, 3.9 ± 0.7 vs. saline, 3.2 ± 0.6 U/liter, P < 0.001; mean 180-min testosterone: kisspeptin, 24.9 ± 1.7 vs. saline, 21.7 ± 2.2 nmol/liter, P < 0.001). The plasma half-life of kisspeptin-54 was calculated to be 27.6 ± 1.1 min. The mean metabolic clearance rate was 3.2 ± 0.2 ml/kg·min, and the volume of distribution was 128.9 ± 12.5 ml/kg.

Conclusion: Elevation of plasma concentrations of kisspeptin in human males significantly increases circulating LH, FSH, and testosterone levels. Kisspeptin infusion provides a novel mechanism for hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis manipulation in disorders of the reproductive system.

Kisspeptin10 seems to posses same qualities:

Kisspeptin-10 boluses potently evoke LH secretion in men, and continuous infusion increases testosterone, LH pulse frequency, and pulse size. Kisspeptin analogues have therapeutic potential as regulators of LH and thus testosterone secretion.

Interesting. Until they can make it NOT an intravenous application and until they can increase it's half life (27 mins??) I don't see any applications except while inside a medical facility.

I dont see reason why IV injection cannot be given IM.

As for 27 mins half-life- well If it can significantly increase LH, FSH and TT- its good enough for me.

Its relatively new stuff, but looks promising for both men and women.
Some peptide reserch companies are joining game, so it will be fun to see how it works.

Half life is low because it's stimulating higher along the food chain of hormones as it were. This is normal and if the half life was longer but it still mimicked the effects of GnRH it would be highly unusual.

Not that this example totally applies, but you wouldn't ever need to jump start your car for many hours, usually a few minutes would suffice... I could imagine this working well dosed once a day or eod.
