HCG you can do EOD or 3 times a week, 3 times a week is more simple, and is good enough... 250-300-ish is OK, tough if there is need dose can be increased somewhat. Generally no more than 500 IU per shot and less than 2000 IU per week should be used.
Lot of sources and even research agrees that soemwhere between 250-300 is sweet spot.
I saw some research which said that 306 IU EOD gives maximum output, and I saw other which says that 250 IU is sweet spot and in same research it was pointed out that 250 IU is actually more effective than 500 IU.
