i actually like this product

i train fasted a lot in the mornings (due to my schedule)

this stuff is great........i take one scoop pf3 with 2 scoops of their fermented leucine and wait 45 mins as directed

strenght and recovery is good also

i know this forum loves their pepto pro but i think this is better than that, yea i said it.
