    Re: O_RYAN's BROOTAL STRENGTH LOG

Nice job on the PR, bro!

I wish you speedy healing... treat the injury right, even if it means losing time in the gym, and you'll be better off in the long run.

Thanks brother Burly! I will be very smart about this injury, and I will have patience. I want to do great for the meet in April, so I need to be healed up to train and perform great! mgf is twice per day, 1 inj site per admin and 500mcg per admin.

Well maybe it's more like 500mcg total per day, 200-250 per admin.

Awesome lift! Awesome Background music. If my gym played Pantera... I might be twice as big and all shredded up already.

The body's looking nice Randal. Looks brutally strong like a bull!!!!

I had 4 layers on, it was 42 degrees in the gym that day… WITH THE HEATER ON!! Thanks though buddy, I will post up some progress pics later this weekend or early next week. I have just about a full six pack with ab veins and all right now! I'm really happy with the strength aspect and obviously the physique.

I have some, I need to bust them out again. I haven't used them in a while, but I used to use them all the time. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
